Description
WEICON Anti-Spatter is a release emulsion for high-temperature welding applications. It prevents welding spatter from adhering to and burning onto surfaces during MIG/MAG welding as well as laser and plasma cutting. It protects welding nozzles, welding accessories and workpiece surfaces, ensuring excellent welding results. The quality of the weld seam remains unaffected. WEICON Anti-Spatter also provides effective temporary corrosion protection and is effective both wet and dry. It is suitable for welding austenitic material, steel and various other metals. The product can be used in vehicle construction, special machine engineering, steel construction, apparatus and plant engineering, shipbuilding, automotive manufacturing and many other industrial sectors. WEICON Anti-Spatter is transparent, odourless, VOC-free, non-hazardous, silicone-free and solvent-free. After welding, the emulsion does not interfere with galvanising or painting processes.
